Hindon Outdoor Nursery Team
Designated Safeguarding Lead
Hi, my name is Nikki and I’m the Manager at Brambles Hindon. I completed my level 3 in child care in 2010 and level 4 (SENCO modules) in 2014. Early years teaching in the outdoors is amazing fun. It allows me to be imaginative and that helps to inspire little minds to explore and experiment. A den can be so many things. A pirate ship, a jungle treehouse a quiet reading space, a space ship. So many possibilities!
I am Mum to 3 grown up children, Ninny to 3 gorgeous Grand babies and the owner of a ridiculous pup called Buzz.
Hello! My name is Kay and I have worked in Early Years for over 15 years looking after babies through to when they venture off to school. I studied at Winchester University where I gained a BA in Early Childhood Education and am an Early Years Teacher. I absolutely love learning and looking after children in the Early Years and feel privileged to be part of their growth and development, added to this my love of being outdoors, I feel I am working within my dream role!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two grown up children and long-term partner, seeing family and friends, camping and relaxing with a good book.
Hello my name is Gemma and I have my level 2 in Childcare Education and have been with Brambles since September 2020. I love working with children and enjoy working outside, I look forward to the freedom and endless adventure it will offer here at Brambles.
In my spare time I have two beautiful girls, we enjoy growing our own vegetables and looking after our animals which include ducks, hens, a rat and a turtle! I am happiest covered in mud and love arts and crafts, cooking and making yummy homemade fudge!

My name is Cortney and I’m really looking forward to working with early years and develop my learning in how they grow and develop.
I will hopefully pass my level 2 qualification in childcare and then develop and go into learning and completing another level.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, family and friends, going out doing activities and making memories together!
Hi! My name is Cass, and in 2020 I took the decision to leave my former career to focus on working with children in the Early Years and combine this with my passion for the outdoors by retraining as a Forest School Leader.
I am never happier than when I'm outdoors and it's a real privilege to share my passion for the natural world, help little ones learn, grow and have fun. It's so amazing to see their resilience and confidence grow!
I am lucky to be a proud Mum to two boys aged 3 and 5 (both Bramblers!), and step-Mum to a 12 year old daughter and 14 year old son.
Home is happy chaos of family, 2 dogs and 3 chickens and we spend as much time as we can foraging, outdoor cooking and exploring.
