Manager and Designated safeguarding lead

Hello, I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Corrie and I have been incredibly lucky to call the woodland my place of work, since 2021 and am looking forward to rejoining the Brambles family as part of the Rushall team.

As a child I have memories of wearing wellingtons and shorts while running around the new forest, surrounded by all of the best things in life. Creating tipi's, fit for royalty and building my confidence climbing trees. My love for the great outdoors has been ingrained from a young age.

My journey into childcare took a little longer. I found my passion for supporting little people while on my travels in Australia. This experience set me on a path to gain my Early years level 3 on returning to the U.K. My most recent adventure has been Forest school, in 2020 after lockdown broke I set off socially distanced of course, to learn the Forest School way, and it blew my socks off. With this amazing approach, I hope to inspire children and adults alike through this beautiful way of learning through nature.

Hi, I’m Amber and I started my childcare journey as an apprentice 5 years ago.

I absolutely love sharing my passion for the outdoors and nature with children, so being able to work in such a beautiful woodland setting is so magical and inspiring!

I have a working cocker spaniel called Ivy who joins me on all my adventures, from hiking mountains to camping trips around the country. In my spare time your often find me on my paddle board, running or helping my dad on our pheasant shoot.
I have been lucky enough to travel the east coast of Australia and I can’t wait to explore more of the world.

Hi I’m Saffy and I have been working in childcare for 8 years, starting off as an apprentice at Brambles back in 2015! I have always had a real passion for child-initiated play and what a better way to do it than outdoors in the beautiful woodland. I also have a real interest into the SEN side of childcare and after creating a lovely home and bringing my daughter into the world, I am excited to get stuck back into this and rejoin Brambles at their amazing setting in Rushall.

Outside of work I love to spend all of my time with my little girl, who is also lucky enough to get the amazing Brambles experience from a young age! I love anything pamper and thoroughly enjoy a nice trip to the spa!

My journey has been a very wind one. In another life I worked with children who didn't fit the narrow box that our education system likes to put people in to, helping them to find their place and a way to be themselves within those confines.

I then took on the hardest job I've had so far, being a Mum. I loved the adventure of watching my own children grow and explore the world. We would spend a lot of time outside, always feeling more calm and at home when outside.
,
From the moment I arrived in the Brambles Rushall car park, I knew I was 'home'. I knew it was right for me and my next adventure. So I joined as an apprentice and am working to gain my Level 3 NVO in Early Years education and hope to eventually do my Forest school leader training.
